If you have refused access on your iPhone

How to Obtain Location Information

For iPhone users, location permissions must be enabled for the following three different items:

・OS Settings

・App Settings

・Safari Settings

Please ensure that you check each one.

OS Settings

Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen.

Tap on Privacy & Security.

Tap on Location Services.

Ensure that it is set to “On”.

App Settings

Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen.

Tap on Privacy & Security.

Tap on Location Services.

Tap on Safari Websites.

Ensure that location access is set to “While Using the App”.

Safari Settings

While the Safari page is open, tap the “aA” icon, then select Website Settings.

Open “Location Information” and check the permissions.

Once all of the above settings have been checked, location information should be obtainable.

Reload the browser, and attempt to collect your stamp.
