Paak Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that personal information is an important asset of individuals. Article 2 (Proper Management and Protection)
Personal information management will be conducted strictly, and appropriate preventive and corrective measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.
Article 3 (Entrustment)
The Company may entrust all or part of the acquired personal information to business contractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we will thoroughly examine the contractor's qualifications, stipulate matters related to confidentiality obligations in contracts, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to business contractors.

Article 5 (Joint Use of Personal Information)
The Company will jointly use personal data within the following scope to achieve the purposes of use stated in Article 1:
1. The scope of joint use will be with campaign organizers using Company services.
2. The following personal data will be jointly used:
i. Email address
ii. Information entered in Company service surveys
iii. Information entered in Company service application forms
iv. Other non-personally identifiable usage history and log information from Company service use

Article 6 (Joint Use)
The Company may jointly use personal information with business partners in providing Company services. In such cases, the Company will announce in advance the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use of jointly used personal information, and the name of the person responsible for managing the jointly used personal information.
Article 7 (Use by Minors Under 18)
If individuals under 18 years of age provide personal information, please do so with the consent of a guardian.
Article 8 (Disclosure Procedures)
The Company will respond without delay to requests from individuals for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction of content, addition or deletion, cessation of use, erasure, and cessation of third-party provision of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc."). Please note that requests for disclosure, etc., must be made through the Company's prescribed procedures.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
