For Android Users

If the QR code won’t scan, ensure that your camera has access.

=Setting Camera Permissions (Android)=
In order to use the Camera within the app, permission may need to be given through two different settings.

Please ensure that you check both your Chrome Settings and App Settings.

Chrome Settings

Tap the icon (three dots) in the upper right hand corner of the browser to open the Settings menu.

Under the expanded menu, tap “Site settings”.

Tap on “Camera”, and ensure that its functions have not been blocked. If they are, then change the settings.

App Settings

If you receive a message stating that “In order for Chrome to access the camera, permission must be granted”, then the camera will not be useable. In that case, tap on “Android Settings”.

Move to “App Settings”, and tap on “App Permissions”.

Tap on “Camera”.

Tap on “Allow while using the app”.

Once all of the above settings have been checked, the camera should be useable. Reload the browser, and attempt to collect your stamp.
