=How to Grant Location Information Permissions (Android)=
If you have refused access on your Android
How to Obtain Location Information
For Android users, location permissions must be enabled for the following three different items:
・OS Settings
・Chrome Settings
・App Settings
Please ensure that you check each one.
OS Settings
Open “App Settings” and tap “Location Information”.
If “Use location information” has been set to “Off”, then turn it on.
Chrome Settings
Tap the icon (three dots) in the upper right hand corner of the browser to open the Settings menu.
Tap on “Website Settings”.
Under “Permissions”, tap on “Location Information”.
If location information has been blocked, then please change the permissions so that it is allowed.
App Settings
If you receive a message stating that “Chrome requires access to your location. Please turn on your location information settings”, then the camera will not be useable. In that case, tap on “Android Settings”.
Move to “App Settings”, and tap on “App Permissions”.
Tap “Location Information”.
Tap “Allow while using the app”. Those using an Android 12 or higher should also ensure that “Use accurate location information” is on. If that setting is turned off, the ambiguous location data may prevent stamps from being collected.
Once all of the above settings have been checked, location information should be obtainable.
Reload the browser, and attempt to collect your stamp.
