If the QR code won’t scan, ensure that your camera has access.

In order to use the Camera within the app, permission may need to be given through Safari.

Please check the following settings:

While the Safari page is open, tap the “aA” icon, then select Website Settings. Allow the Camera to access the site.

Once you have done that, refresh the browser, and attempt to collect the stamp again.
